Placing An Order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website adding any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please note for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
After you have finished shopping, click on the 'Cart' icon (located in the top right of every page) and check you are happy with your purchases. Click the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Deliveries to most addresses in the UK are free although there are some exceptions - please see our Delivery Information page. Any delivery charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

When shopping with SafeStor all payment transactions are securely handled on our behalf by SagePay one of the worlds most highly respected credit card processing companies.

Pay online with:

Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Paypal or American Express.

Pay with cash, cheque, postal order or bank transfer:

We can also accept cheques, postal orders and cash payments if you feel more comfortable using one of these methods. Please contact us before posting your order. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us for our account details.

Offers and Promotions

Occasionally Kintech will run promotional discount offers on our products. The prices offered are on a time limited basis and once the promotion has expired the discounted price will no longer be honoured. Our discount vouchers are also time limited and once expired the voucher may no longer be redeemed.

Changing or Cancelling An Order

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We"ll endeavour to change or cancel your order before it's been dispatched, however if your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you"ll need to follow our returns & replacement procedure.

Tracking An Order

When we have dispatched your order we will send you a dispatch confirmation, normally by email. Your order can then be easily tracked by logging into your account on the website.

Missing Order

If your order has not arrived 5 days after receipt of your dispatch confirmation please contact us.

Returns & Replacements


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 working days from receiving the goods. A refund will be issued to the value of the goods and including only the basic cost of delivery of the goods providing a delivery charge was made on your original order. Cancelled items paid for via finance may incur an administration fee, which would be the costs incurred by us in respect of the arrangement and administration of that finance. These costs will vary depending on the amount and length of the finance arrangement.
Do this by contacting us to request a cancellation form - please quote the order number supplied to you. You will then have 14 working days to return the goods but you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods at Kintech Limited. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Defective or Damaged Items

Where goods are damaged or defective upon arrival, we will exchange them free of charge. If the product is delivered damaged please inform our delivery drivers. If you noticed the damage after delivery please take pictures of the damaged areas and contact us. Please do not construct your shed if you have noticed any damage.
If you have constructed a shed then please take images of the damage and contact our customer services team for advice, unfortunately we can not accept this as proof of damage on delivery.

Replacements & Refunds

We are happy to replace or refund any of our goods provided they are returned to us undamaged and in a resalable condition. Once the goods are safely back in our hands and we're happy they are in the expected condition, a refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the initial transaction within 7 working days.
Returned items for refund, paid for via finance, may incur an administration fee which would be the costs incurred by us in respect of the arrangement and administration of that finance. These costs will vary depending on the amount and length of the finance arrangement.
If you have requested a replacement please allow upto 7 working days for the goods too be dispatched. There may well be an additional delivery charge to dispatch your replacement.
Please Note: If the goods returned are found not to be in a resalable condition they will be returned to you at your expense.
