General Questions

What colour are the caravan steps and handrails available in?

Our Caravan Steps are mainly available to order in White and Green however if you need a specific colour for a bulk order we may be able to help as all powder coating is completed at our factory. Specialist orders can only be taken through our sales team so please call or email with your enquiries.

how do you measure the step height?

The height of the caravan step is from the floor to the fixing bolt hole centre. If you wish to measure the height you need you should measure the same on your caravan. The steps come with height adjustable feet, so if you are a few mm off a standard size there is no need to worry.

Can steps be made in other heights?

As with colour we may be able to offer specialist sized steps for a bulk order as all our steps are manufactured at our factory, call or email our sales team for more information about this.

Do you only supply Retail customers?

My Order

What is the best way to place my order?

Orders can easily be placed through the Kintech website, alternatively you can contact us directly to place an order.

What happens when I have placed my order?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase allowing you to check the details are correct with an order number attached. If any of the details need altering please contact Kintech immediately on 01482 820333. When ordering large items such as steps and beds these will take longer to make and our customer service team will ring you close to the delivery date. I haven't received a confirmation email and I don't think my payment has been processed?

The Kintech website uses secure payment methods however sometimes technical problems can occur. Please allow two days for your email to arrive in your inbox - checking all junk and spam inboxes for accidental redirection.
If you still haven't received an email please contact us on 01482 820333, so we can search for your order and replace if necessary. Placing your order again through the website could result in a duplication of the order.

I made an order and my card has not been debited

You can pay for your Kintech products with a credit or debit card, please check your email confirmation for the method of payment you have chosen. Online debit or credit card payments should be taken instantly, orders placed over the phone may take longer to show up on your account. If payment has not been taken from your credit or debit card please contact us on 01482 820333 as your order may have well failed. As an alternative payment method you could take advantage of our competitive finance products.


How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to deliver all in stock items by the next working day if your order is processed before 4pm the previous day. Products that need to be manufactured may take slightly longer and a member of our customer service team will ring to confirm a delivery date closer to the products completion. All Trade orders will be delivered at the agreed delivery date.

Who delivers my order?

Depending on the size and items ordered and the delivery service chosen at the checkout, your parcel will either be delivered by a specialist delivery company or larger items by our in-house delivery team.

We live in an awkward location can you deliver to us?

Please provide us with any information prior to delivery about the location, including restricted access, narrow streets, or any other restrictions that may effect our delivery van getting to you. This will allow us to arrange the most appropriate way to deliver your goods, if you do not inform us we may have to redeliver and this could incur extra charges.

Will all my items be delivered at the same time?

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible and we will try to package these together so they will be sent at the same time. However when ordering steps, beds and other items that are manufactured to order this may take longer and therefore may be delivered seperately to some other items. All orders for steps placed at the same time will be delivered together.

Can I collect my order

Our warehouse is based in Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire so if it is more convenient for you to pick your Kintech product up yourself we may be able to arrange this. To arrange collection yourself contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
