About Kintech Caravan Steps

All Kintech Ltd caravan steps are manufactured in the UK from stainless steel tubular frames to make them tough and long lasting, The step treads are made from 18mm phenolic plywood this is weatherproof and with an anti slip finish so it looks great and is safe to use.

Handrails are manufactured to the same high specifications, all clamps and fittings are bright zinc plated to make them weather resistant.

All caravan steps come in a choice of one, two three or four tread options as well as being available in white or green to coordinate with caravan colours. However as all handrails and steps are manufactured and powder coated at our factory we are able to offer customised steps in any size or colour needed. Steps are also available in different widths to accommodate single, double and patio doors. All steps come with adjustable feet to give a perfect fit and a fixed uniquely numbered aluminium identification plate.

We also have a full range of spares and service backup on our steps ensuring that the great quality lasts.

What size steps do i need?

The most common question we get asked is “what tread do I need 2, 3 or 4?” All steps come with height adjustable feet, the specifications are qouted on the product page show the minimum and maximum height for each tread step.

The dimensions measure from the floor to the fixing bolt hole centre, therefore to find the correct size you need you replicate this measurement on your caravan.

All steps are provided with a 100mm adjusting screw but we strongly do not recommend this is extended past 75mm.
